In order to ensure the smooth delivery of your order, we kindly ask you to double-check and verify the accuracy of your shipping address and provide a valid phone number during checkout. Please note that failure to provide accurate shipping information or neglecting to respond to any pickup notices from the shipping carrier may result in complications such as loss or return of your package.
Should you encounter any issues with delivery or if you require assistance with a misplaced package, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
International Shipping:
- We ship Worldwide via DHL.
- During Big Sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Ramadan Sales - some orders might be shipped within 10-20 working days.
- Handling Time: 1-3 Days (we are closed on sundays)

Transit Time: International orders take 5-10 business days to be delivered via DHL.
- Please note if you provided incomplete address, the shipment might be delayed due to our Courier partner trying to contact you.
- Made to order purchases can take up to 25 days to be delivered.
- For International orders - we are not responsible for the calculations and charges of any additional customs fees/taxes charged by the transportation company. Any international shipping fees associated with importing items are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs.

Lost packages:

Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be refunded.
***All refunding decisions will be made based of DHL claims.
*If your order was not delivered or lost and the latest tracking in DHL states that it is being resent to us after delivery attempt failed, we will give you a 100% refund excluding the shipping cost.
*If your order was not delivered or lost and the latest tracking in DHL states that it was DELIVERED, please contact your local post office, show them your tracking number, and they should help you locate it if they sent it to the wrong address or it was stolen. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON ORDERS THAT DHL STATES ARE DELIVERED.

Incorrect address:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for their orders. If the incorrect delivery address is provided, we are not responsible to refund your purchase or replace the goods.

CUSTOMS DUTY AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE:
CASA AL SOL is not responsible for the customs duty and the customs clearance fee. You may be charged custom fees for something purchased online. For more information please contact your local customs office. If the customer refuses to pay customs, he/she will be charged for delivery for both ways.
***If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund
