Agreements for SolMates PR List Application

1. Acknowledgment of Non-Guarantee
   "I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee a spot on the SolMates PR List, as selections will be made based on alignment with Casa al Sol's brand values and aesthetics."

2. Authentic Representation
   "If selected, I agree to authentically represent Casa al Sol by sharing content that aligns with my personal style and Casa al Sol’s ethos. I will disclose my collaboration as required by applicable guidelines (e.g., #gifted or #ad)."

3. Selection Feedback
   "I understand that Casa al Sol may not provide individual feedback on why an application was or was not selected."

4. Data Use and Privacy
   "I agree to the collection and use of the personal data provided in this form for the purposes of reviewing my application for the SolMates PR List. My data will be treated confidentially and not shared with third parties without my explicit consent. For more information, please review Casa al Sol's Privacy Policy."

5. Content Licensing (Optional)
   "I agree that if I share content featuring Casa al Sol pieces, the brand may request permission to repost or share the content across its digital platforms, with appropriate credit to my account."

6. Communication Consent
   "I consent to receiving emails from Casa al Sol regarding the status of my application and, if selected, further communication about the SolMates PR List."

Personalized Discount Code & Gift Card Credit

1. Personalized Discount Code:

• Each selected creator will receive a unique 15% discount code to share with their audience.

• The code is valid for a specified period (to be determined by CASA AL SOL).

• The discount applies to all eligible items on our website, excluding gift cards or other promotions, unless otherwise stated.

2. Gift Card Credit for Sales Generated:

• For every sale generated through your discount code, CASA AL SOL will track the total revenue.

• Creators will earn gift card credit based on the following structure:

• 5% of sales generated will be rewarded in the form of a CASA AL SOL gift card.

• Gift cards can only be redeemed on the CASA AL SOL website and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Tracking & Reporting:

• Sales will be tracked via the unique discount code assigned to the creator.

• Updates on sales performance and gift card credit will be shared at the end of the campaign or upon request.

4. Eligibility for Gift Card Credit:

• Gift card credits will be processed only after confirming that purchases using your code are not refunded or canceled within the return policy timeframe.

5. Agreement to Terms:

• By submitting your application and participating in this PR campaign, you agree to the outlined terms and conditions. CASA AL SOL reserves the right to modify or terminate the strategy at any time.
